That’s right! I am stepping up and shouting “Bring it On!” The purpose of this challenge is to encourage women to trash some unhealthy eating habits in order to kickstart a healthier, happier lifestyle. The challenge is divided up into 4 weekly goals.
Week 1 – Drink only zero calorie beverages
Week 2 – Add raw veggies or a green smoothie to your day
Week 3 – No white flour, white rice, white pasta, white bread etc.
Week 4 – No dairy (ugh! I LOVE CHEESE!!!)
Though I won’t be giving up these things forever, I’m hoping that over the month, I’ll be able to judge better on how these food made me feel in the past, and hopefully I’ll feel awesome having cut down on them!
